Can we talk about Christmas jammies for a second? They are hands down my favorite part of Milk & Cookies season. There's just something about little ones in cozy pajamas, a plate of cookies and a glass of milk that makes Christmas feel like Christmas.
The question I get most often before these sessions is, “What jammies should we get?” So I put together this little guide with everything you need to know about this year's set, plus my favorite places to shop.
This Year's Milk & Cookies Set
This year I went soft and dreamy. The 2026 Milk & Cookies set at my Pacific Grove studio is all neutral, gold and white: a cream spindle headboard draped in ivory and gold florals, a bed piled with fluffy white bedding, a gold and ivory wreath hanging above it, flocked Christmas trees sparkling with warm lights, and wrapped gifts tucked all around.
It's light, airy and timeless, and it's going to look beautiful framed on your wall for years to come.
It Works With Any Jammie Color Palette
Here's my favorite thing about this year's setup: because the set is so neutral, it lets your kids' jammies be the star. Truly any color palette works.
- Classic red and white stripes look festive and nostalgic

A Few Jammie Tips
- Match. I think matching sets are adorbale!
- Choose a good fit. Jammies that are too big tend to bunch up in photos, so size true or just slightly up.
- Keep characters to one. Big character prints can steal the show, so if you love one, keep siblings in solids or stripes.
- Steam ahead of time. Give cotton pajamas a good steam to get the wrinkles out.
- Bare feet are perfect. No need to worry about socks or slippers.
- Add a bow. A simple hair bow or headband is such a sweet finishing touch.
Milk & Cookies Session Details
Milk & Cookies mini sessions are November 4, 5, 7 & 8, 2026 at my Pacific Grove studio, just minutes from Monterey, Carmel, Pebble Beach and Salinas. Sessions are $425 with a $100 non-refundable deposit to book, with up to 3 siblings per session. I'll have cookies and whole milk in bottles ready for everyone (bring your own treats if your little one has an allergy).
